The project consists in a shopping center renovation, made by this same practice back in 1983. 27 years of operation at full capacity and numerous multi-targeted interventions had led to a fragmented and slightly spoiled image that needed to be highly improved and renovated. The need to repair and replace most of the building’s roofs led to the idea of unifying them in a large volume that served as a new covering, an outdoor facilities sheltering and outside commercial advertising mounting. As a result, a new unified external appearance was created that made the whole complex gain visibility for the road beside. Inside, little intervention was planned by the owners.
