Its location, determines a prominent position for easy location and recognition. We distinguish two functionally distinct areas: Emergencies compound that operates 24/7, occupying a separate floor body and the other areas, which have fixed hours and occupy a contiguous volume of five floors comparable to an administrative building. This block diagram is reflected in the volumes, resulting in a building consisting of a prism of five floors and an appendix on the ground floor, adapting to the shape of the plot, in which lie the emergency area. An inner courtyard is drilled in the floor plan, around which are distributed the functional areas. We propose a systematic treatment of sunscreens, by a double facade which is a protection lattice itself. This outer skin is interrupted by gaps on the four sides, allowing us to see the inside and introducing natural light to the inner rooms.
