    Abstract:

The proposal of this urban park adapts to the sites existence. First there is the fragmentation of the intervention on three platforms each 2.50 m to bridge the gap that exists today while maintaining the natural flush of the perimeter pavement. Each platform has a different use: a grandstand, a playground and a relaxing area. These THREE PLATFORMS are superimposed by a geometric THREExTHREE meters grid north to south orientated. Like in a board game, this grid establishes the "rules" for the rest of interventions in the plot. In order to soften the slope of 2.50 m at the boundaries between platforms are arranged staggered blocks, precast, hollow inside to make room within three materials: river gravel, bushes and water in motion. There are palm trees in the entire site under the 3x3 grid that orders the set, as well as grouped fruit trees (orange, lemon and pear) and three grass prairies, one on each platform.
