Its location at the end of the block defined it as a reference in the landscape. "In Andalusia, the sun is bad weather." Taking into account the sun, as an aggressive element there, we proposed a compact building, with a double cladding to protect the most exposed facade (west), which allows bioclimatic regulation. This double cladding acts as a false facade, separated from the building itself, forming a permeable lattice that filters the strong western sun. Behind it, remains the compact building in which the all activity takes place.. This element acts as a shield, like a protective wardrobe of the building, equivalent to the protection offered by the business starter to its dwellers. In an upper area of the plot of the facade opens a gap left by the sight of the building, We propose a transparent-like floor plan, with the structure driven to its perimeter and the vertical communications located in the centre of the floor plan.
