The project plans rising a new building for administrative purposes and solving the site urban design, with the addition of a public square in 40% of its surface. The given extent and complex functional program scheduled had to be fit in a single volume eight floors high. The ground floor acts as a basement and there are located the entrances and common use areas. This floor is bigger than the rest of the upper floors, occupying most of the site. Floors from first to seventh, are formed in a prismatic body and are linked through vertical communication cores. Facades are defined according to their orientation. At north orientation towards the square, the building opens with large glass surfaces, a uniform light ideal for administrative use. South orientation requires to protect these walls from excessive sun exposure, especially in summer, through solar control elements such as a double skin.
