A pre-existing project fixed the set of the blocks, height, layout plan and type of floors per block. The houses are organized into four separate blocks (3 floors high) and a common garden. Each block has four homes per floor and a large penthouse on its top floor. The resulting set, with low-rise volumes and leisure areas matches the average scale of the town. The plot’s slope, along with the presence of a commercial building next door, recommended the slight rising of the housing ground floor to ensure good conditions of sunlight and exterior views. The facades use a combination of toned brick in the main body and limestone in the cantilevered bodies and attics. The facade windows vary depending on the width of the interior spaces served.
