    Abstract:

The project is located on a strange site: long, narrow, with 16 meters of gap between both ends. Access is made by its highest level in its southern border. The house is staggered longitudinally into three levels, or platforms, in descending order: Entrance floor, Day floor and Night floor. Transversely, the plant is organized into three stripes: main Entrance (public), rooms and secondary access (or private). The combination of plan and section generates a group of staggered volumes, woven together, that accompany the site’s natural slope. This way, the building seems to blend with the fragmented semi-rural surroundings. The night floor rooftop becomes a large terrace, extending the living area from which to peer into the landscape and enjoy Canary Islands weather.
