    Abstract:

The building meets his encounter with the ground through a ground floor basement that absorbs of the different levels of its perimeter. From this floor, four more heights rise up. The project values the facades orientation, not only according to the geographic pole that they look at but also and especially in terms of the open space that the look at. As the two sides of a coin, the two main facades are different. The facade which faces the street (East) we propose two types of holes in it, some exclusively for light and ventilation and others made to "look outside", a special window to display the active world of the street (periscope). The facade which opens to common space (west) has horizontal holes that provide a panoramic view of the surroundings. This façade is superimposed by a veil of protection from the west sun exposure.
